With walks straight from the doorstep, enjoy a spot of bird watching at the scenic Longton Brickcroft nature reserve or take a stroll along the River Ribble. With excellent transport links and an enviable central location, the property provides the ideal base for anyone wanting to explore the local area. The popular Lancashire coastline, home to the vibrant town of Blackpool, is just 20 miles away and the Forest of Bowland AONB and all of the quaint villages it boasts is within 30 miles.

Step up one step and you are inside this boutique bolthole, thoughtfully restored with wonderful attention to detail, and find yourself in the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
